Priscilla Urbanek - Legal Assistant, Closing Processor
Priscilla is the office manager for Bankers Title and is involved in all aspects of the closing process. She has been employed in the residential lending and closing field for over 20 years. Her skill and personality have made her successful in her many roles at Bankers Title. She joined Bankers Title in 1998 after spending fourteen years at Union Planters National Bank in the residential mortgage lending area. She was responsible for origination, loan processing and the closing of residential real estate mortgages. Priscilla is a native Nashvillian.

Kimberly R. Dougher – Legal Assistant
Kimberly is a legal assistant with Bankers Title. Her many years of experience in the area of residential real estate include serving as office manager for a Florida firm and working many years as a closing agent and paralegal for two real estate law firms in Nashville as well as co-owning and managing two local title companies. Kimberly has excellent balancing skills as demonstrated by her coordination and organization of several succesful large projects for our corporate clients. Kimberly is originally from Chattanooga and moved to Nashville in 1990.

Sherri Atwell - Office Assistant
Sherri Atwell works with Bankers Title as an office assistant. Sherri is responsible for assisting in preparation of closing files and shipping closing packages. Before coming to Bankers Title in 2001, Sherry worked with a Nashville law firm as receptionist and administrative assistant where she gained experience in working with Realtors and mortgage lending institutions.

Nancy Enoch – Office Assistant, Receptionist
Nancy Enoch is a receptionist and office assistant for Bankers Title. She is a graduate of the University of Tennessee and is an original Nashvillian. Nancy is responsible for greeting our clients, scheduling and assisting in closing preparation. Nancy also assists in our affiliate office in Dickson.

BRENTWOOD PERSONNEL

Janice H. Collins - Legal Assistant, Relocation Specialist
Janice is a legal assistant with a primary focus on work with relocation companies. She is responsible for the management of our Brentwood office. Janice received her Paralegal Certificate from Southeastern Paralegal Institute in 1994. She has worked with Bankers Title for over 10 years and and has experience in all aspects of real estate closing transactions. Janice is an original member of our team, she began working for Bankers Title at it's formation in 1991. Janice has a true relationship attitude which, with her many years of experience results in her common sense approach to issues.

Caroline Chappell - Office Assistant, Relocation Specialist
Caroline Chappell is an office assistant and began working for the company in 2000. Her work involves processing of closing files, particularly relocation related transactions. Our clients enjoy her attenton to detail. Caroline is a graduate of Tennessee Technological University with a degree in Sociology and Criminal Justice. She is a native of Dickson, Tennessee and her work experience includes an internship with the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation and in a family retail business.

CLARKSVILLE PERSONNEL:

MICHELE GIVENS, Senior Closing Processor

Michele has worked in the title industry in various states including Oklahoma, North Carolina and Tennessee. Michele joined our Clarksville office in 2006 bringing with her over 10 years experience in all aspects of real estate closings. She graduated with honors from Methodist College in Fayetteville, North Carolina with her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a minor in Sociology.

VICKI LINKER, Post Closing Coordinator

Vicki has worked in the banking, mortgage and title industries for the past 13 years. Vicki is a former native of Louisville, Kentucky. She moved to Clarksville with her husband, Herman, who is now retired from the United States Army. Vicki joined our Clarksville office in 2005 as our policy coordinator and now handles our post closing issues while assisting in all others areas of the closing process.

LORI BARNES, Operations Manager

Lori has been with the Clarksville office since 2006 bringing with her over 11 years of management experience in the title business. Lori’s management experience in the title industry includes customer service, title searching and exam, closing and post closing services just to mention a few. Lori moved to Clarksville from Chicago, Illinois where she had served as the Director of Title Services for O’Connor Title Services, Inc since 1996. She earned her Bachelors Degree in Management from Michigan State University.

DICKSON PERSONNEL:

Cissy J. Williams – Closing Coordinator
Cissy has lived in Dickson, Tennesesee for 10 years, and is originally from Orlando, Florida. She has over 8 years experience with escrow and settlement services, functioning as both a processor and a closing agent. Cissy has extensive experience in commercial real estate closings, as well as residential.

Linda Walker Robinson - Title Research Coordinator
Linda is a title searcher and examiner with over 25 years experience in the Middle Tennessee area. She began her career at Land Title Company in Mt. Vernon, Washington. Upon moving to Nashville in January of 1980, she joined the law firm of Wilkins, Adams & Spicer. In 1985, she began freelance title searching and examining services for title companies and legal professionals throughout Middle Tennessee. Linda’s experience includes and extends to all aspects of courthouse research, with professional results.

Donna Gaspard - Office Assistant, Closing Processor

Donna is an office assistant and closing processor with Bankers Title. Donna has several years of experience as a title searcher and processing of real estate closing transactions. She joined Bankers Title in 2008 and is from Duck River in Hickman County, Tennessee.
